RETURNS & REFUNDS

Within 15 days of purchase, if a customer has a change of mind the product can be returned only Vedfolnir Golf  providing:

• The product is completely unused and brand new
• It is in original packaging
• The owner pays the return freight to Vedfolnir's Warehouse
• A return authority is obtained from info@vedgolf.com

In certain circumstances, authority will be given to send the cart to our preferred service centre for repair, freight free. The cart must be sent in its original carton to be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
